		JOYCE PILCH: Joyce is a co-owner with George in their Citrusolution Carpet Cleaning Business. She retired in 2004 from her last position as an office manager in a doctor’s office. She has worked in several medical office management positions as she moved around the country with her husband George. In addition to office management, Joyce has had an extensive background in customer service with several national companies being a customer service representative. 		GEORGE PILCH: George retired from the corporate world after 31 years working in various management customer service positions for JC Penney Catalog and also retired from the US Air Force. He started the Citrusolution Carpet Cleaning in Fayetteville GA in 2002 upon his early retirement from JCPenney. He and Joyce work together in the cleaning of both carpets and upholstery furniture. George is very conscientious and dedicated in ensuring that the cleaning is done professionally, timely, and carefully. He has built his business on the philosophy of cleaning the customer’s carpets as he would clean his own carpets. The success that Joyce and George have experienced is directly attributed to the dedication in treating the customer right and being honest and professional – a philosophy that both Joyce and George carry with them in their personal and business activities.
